Ordered cross

assignments and updated the circuit database. ·
Worked with
the Vonage Network Engineers to set up testing and activation of all circuits
ordered. ·
Scrubbed
monthly invoices for accuracy (circuits, cross connects, voice termination,

with International & domestic routing team on trunk group builds for
interconnections between Vonage and the carriers. Setup technical calls and

with the carriers & Network Engineering team on network migrations, trunk

the SPOC for SMS project to make all Vonage numbers SMS enabled. Worked with
SAP, Twilio, NetNumber and Layered. Ordered short codes, ran meetings with
OSS and SMS carriers for this project. ·
Network
Monitoring- Pulled daily reports for outbound voice termination traffic to
check for call quality. Managed 65 voice termination carriers and checked
various KPIs for issues- packet loss, dropped audio, high jitter, call
completion, ABR, ALOC, dropped calls. Used in house tool and GCS for
monitoring. Placed blocks
on carriers and worked with the Vonage NOC on opening trouble tickets and
